    A: Tuesday to Friday from 11 to 6, 11 to 5 on Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday

  2. Do you do appraisals?

    A: Yes, we do a jewelers appraisal on gems and metals

  3. Do you do in house repairs?

    A: Yes, we do most of our repairs in house but we cannot fix watches unfortunately.

  4. Do you ship internationally?

    A: YEs, we will ship globally depending on shipping fees. For more information, please view our shipping and returns page.

  5. Do I need an appointment to work with you on custom jewelry?

    A: No, an appointment is not necessary, but if you feel more comfortable with Placing one, we are more than happy to set one for you.

  6. Do I need to have an idea in mind to make a custom piece?

    A: No, we will help you create the perfect custom piece completely from scratch.

  7. DO you accept payments on jewelry?

    A: Yes, we are more than happy to accept payments or make a deposit to start.

  8. Do you accept returns?

    A: We will accept returns in exchange for store credit.

  9. What forms of payment do you accept?

    A: We accept all major forms of credit or debit cards, paypal, cash, and Checks.

  10. Can I call to place an order or make a purchase?

    A: yes, if you are unable to visit in person or make a purchase from the website, we are more than happy to accept purchase by phone or email.

  11. What if I see something I want on the archived page?

    A: If you do see something you’d like to purchase from the archive page, please feel free give us a call or send us an email and we will work with you to create something as close as we can to the piece you like.

  12. What if I don’t see the piece I want on the website?

    A: IF you don’t see something on our website but you saw it in store or in a post, please feel free to call us to ask us about it.
